Post-Construction Cleaning
Thorough post-construction clean-up to make the space move-in ready. Includes removal of light construction dust and debris, vacuuming (HEPA where available), damp-wiping walls/baseboards/trim/doors, cleaning inside/outside of cabinets and drawers (empty), detailed kitchen wipe-down (counters, backsplash, exterior appliances), bathroom deep clean & sanitizing, interior window cleaning (glass/sills/tracks where accessible), light fixture/fan dusting (reachable), and full floor cleaning (vacuum + mop). Excludes hazardous waste, paint removal, and heavy debris hauling unless arranged.
